Tall, lanky pitcher who saw limited action in middle relief during 2002....Has good "stuff" utilizing fastball, split-finger fastball and change-up....considered to have large upside potential.

2004: Appeared in 17 games for Coastal Carolina....Had a 1-0 record with 21 strikeouts and 10 walks in 21.2 innings.

2003: Enrolled at Coastal Carolina....Made 12 appearances on the mound for Chanticleers....Went 0-0 with a save and a 5.73 ERA.

2002: Struck out two batters during an inning of 1-2-3 relief in collegiate debut 2/17 vs. Tennessee Tech....pitched for Peninsula Pilots of the Coastal Plain League during summer....decided to transfer prior to start of Fall 2002 semester.

High School: A four-year letterwinner at South Western High School....Named to the Pennsylvania All-State team in 2001....Team Captain as a senior....Named to the all-county team as a senior and tabbed as the 2001 Player of the Year by the Evening Sun, Gettysburg Times, York Daily Record and York Dispatch....Helped lead South Western to back-to-back baseball championships in 2000 and 2001....Named the 2000 MVP of Eastern Pennsylvania in American Legion ball....Also lettered in basketball and golf....Helped his golf team to the championship in 1999....Participated in the War of the Roses all-star game in basketball....A four-year member of the Honor Roll at South Western.
