2006-2007: Scored career-high 36 points at Northwestern 12/18.

2005-2006: Second-team All-ACC Tournament selection.

2004-2005: Scored 19 points in victory over Old Dominion 11/23....established new career-high with 30 points while adding four rebounds, four assists and three steals in first collegiate start vs. Samford 12/21....named ACC Player of the Week for Dec. 20-26.

2003-2004: One of the first guards off the bench during the season and the most accurate three-point shooter on the team....Shot .412 from beyond the arc in 25 games....Scored in double figures in five games, including three against ACC opponents....Collected first collegiate points vs. Central Florida, when she hit 3-of-5 from three-point range and scored 13 while pulling down two rebounds and blocking a shot in 16 minutes of play....Netted 12 points on two occasions, against Florida A&M in the opening round of the Atlanta Marriott NW Holiday Invitational and again at Florida State at the end of January....Tallied season-high 15 points, six rebounds and two steals in a career-high 27 minutes of play in final regular season game vs. Wake Forest.

Prep: An outstanding scorer in high school, Higgs averaged over 19 points per game in each of her last three years at Central Gwinnett....Capped her career by being named the Metro Player of the Year for 2003 by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, along with earning Class 5A first-team All-State accolades....also Metro Atlanta and Class AAAAA Player of the Year by the Atlanta Tip-Off Club....Earned a spot in the L’adidas Roundball Classic along with fellow rookie Kentrina Wilson....Scored 14 points to help lead the North to a 110-89 win over the South in the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association annual all-star high school game in Dalton....Tabbed as a preaseason All-American by Street & Smith’s in 2003....Was selected to the all-star team of the Top-Ten adidas camp in 2002....Led her AAU team to a third-place finish at the 2002 national tournament....Averaged 21.9 points and four steals as a junior, leading Central Gwinnett to a 25-5 record and a round of 16 appearance in the state tournament....Was a first-team Class 4A All-State pick in 2002 as well....In 2001, helped lead Central Gwinnett to a 29-2 record and the Georgia 4A state title, averaging 19.4 points, six steals and four assists per game....Joined the 1,000-pont club that year by scoring a school-record 657 points....An all-around student-athlete, carried a 3.8 high school grade point average....An active participant in the Feed the Hungry Campaign.
